Exceeding Customer expectations I have had my Odyssey for 5 years and Chuck and the Service department have performed all service work. Except for a couple oil changes when I was o I have had my Odyssey for 5 years and Chuck and the Service department have performed all service work. Except for a couple oil changes when I was out of the area. Service is always explained completely. All product recalls (2) were attended to as well as easing my concerns. All recommended maintenance intervals performed in a professional manner and the need is understood. The work is timely, courteous, and the wait is usually on target.
