oil change I called this morning and requested an oil change today if possible. I was given a time of 6:00 this evening. I showed up at the dealership about 12.3 I called this morning and requested an oil change today if possible. I was given a time of 6:00 this evening. I showed up at the dealership about 12.30 pm and spoke to Nicole Walrath. She stated she had an opening at 3:00 this afternoon. I came back about 2:00 and told Nicole I was there. She processed the paperwork and I took a seat in the waiting room. My keys were returned to me at 2:52 and Nicole asked me to follow her to the cashier. It was a pleasure dealing with Nicole again. I bought my 2011 Malibu at the dealership and have been very pleased with my interaction with all the employees. More

Best Service Department! I recently switched to Don Mealey's service department after another local service department didn't provide the greatest work or service. Not only did they fix the problem with my car, they made sure I fully understood what my car needed and what it was going to cost me. I don't know a whole lot about cars or how to fix them, but Michael took the time to make sure I left understanding what they did to my car. Nicole took the time to explain the process to me and made sure I knew what to expect with time and pricing. This is the only place I will take my car to now! If anyone asks, I'll tell them to go see Nicole and Michael at Don Mealey! :) More

While getting an unschedule oil change at Don Mealey’s Chevrolet, I met Cheyenne Cashwell, at the courtesy desk. She asked me since I’m going to be waiting to have my oil change completed. Would I like to test drive a 2018, Equinox. With her pleasant demeanor and non-forceful tactic. I agree to a test drive. I ended up buying two Chevy 2018, Equinox one for me and one for my Uncle.
