Katie Phillips stepped in and took over the repair process of my 2015 Chevrolet Camaro. She communicated extremely efficiently, explained the process thoroughly, and delivered as promised. She was understanding when I explained I had to take the day off work for the repair to be completed and worked around my schedule and her technician’s training. She was courteous and very thorough. Without her professionalism, the process would never have been as efficient. I am extremely grateful and would not hesitate to bring my car in to this dealership if it meant I was able to work with her again.
