Our experience from the moment we stepped info the dealership to the purchasing process was extremely pleasant. The friendly and pressure free approach even extended to management when we worked with Victor and Hector during the purchasing paperwork. The transparency in pricing and their no-pressure approach allowed my mother to select the exact model and trim package that suited her needs. They even offered what I’m calling an “intro to your Subaru 101” meeting in a week or so to allow my mother to come back and have them answer anyway questions about her brand new features after she’s gotten a little more comfortable in her new SUV. This is our family’s first Subaru purchase - BUT after this experience, it may not be our last. More
