I came in looking for the Service Department to check my Keyfob because it was not working. Mr. Charlie met me at the front entrance to the dealership and asked me if I needed help. I let him know what I wa Keyfob because it was not working. Mr. Charlie met me at the front entrance to the dealership and asked me if I needed help. I let him know what I was there for, then he said to follow him. We went into his office and he took my Keyfob and replaced the battery he got out of his desk. We went back to my car and everything worked great. I offered to pay him something for the battery and help and he said no need and that he was happy to help.
