Scheduled to have my truck air bag serviced. I showed up 15 minutes prior to Scheduled time. Was informed it could take up to 2 hrs, it actually took 32 minutes. I was never called and had waite I showed up 15 minutes prior to Scheduled time. Was informed it could take up to 2 hrs, it actually took 32 minutes. I was never called and had waited for over 2 hrs until I requested update. It didn't seem to be a busy day. Just a failure on informing customer service. - Will More
