Fabulous Service Dept! Every time I come in for service at Don Ringler, I receive great customer service! This includes my recent 65,000 mile service, and a complete brake Every time I come in for service at Don Ringler, I receive great customer service! This includes my recent 65,000 mile service, and a complete brake job within the past year. The service advisors are always courteous and helpful - both when I arrive, and when covering the multi-point inspection at the end. I have a comfortable, clean, attractive waiting area with free bottled water and coffee, plus tasty fresh popcorn that I try (unsuccessfully) to resist. Don Ringler has a shuttle service for longer jobs, which I really appreciate. Took less than a hour for the recent service, which included a synthetic oil change and free tire rotation. AND I get $$ off coupons in the mail, which ALWAYS save me money on needed service. I feel my stress levels drop when I bring my Highlander here, because I trust the Service Dept staff completely. More
