Like No Other! We were looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jim Pearce helped us and was really nice, no pressure. As we were leaving we just happened to see a 2017 Grand Cherokee that had just come in - it hadn't even been cleaned up yet. We were really interested, but there were some areas on the hood that needed some attention and the driver's side window had some bad scratches, so we were hesitant. A couple of days later Jim called and said that those issues had been taken care of. They had even replaced the window without our even asking them to. After a lot of looking around, we decided to buy this one. Jim was really great to work with and went out of his way to see that we were satisfied. Then we went in to the finance office, expecting it to take quite a while, per usual. Audrey had us done and out of there in record time! It was amazing and she was really friendly. We left there amazed at the experience - like no other car buying experience we've ever had! We don't plan to go anywhere else in the future and would highly recommend Donovan. More

Wonderful deal, Superlative experience As I was car shopping online, a used vehicle from Donovan Auto & Truck Center caught my eye. I contacted the dealership regarding the car; I test drov As I was car shopping online, a used vehicle from Donovan Auto & Truck Center caught my eye. I contacted the dealership regarding the car; I test drove it that same day and the salesman, Clifton, did a spectacular job having it ready to test drive for me. Clifton made me feel very welcomed with his kind demeanor and genuine politeness. During the test drive, I typically focus on the flaws of the vehicle so I can consider all the variables (cost, maintenance, things that need to be done, parts I really like, etc.). However, Clifton's kindness shined through all the flaws of the vehicle, as we had a great time talking about random things, including the car and how wonderful it is. After I test drove the vehicle, I asked for a day to think; Clifton obliged and he was very considerate. The next day, Clifton reach out to me; we scheduled a time for me to stop by to ask more questions (I am a cautious buyer). I got in the car and asked a few more questions which Clifton answered superbly. I went ahead and said "let's do it" and we began the process. It took about 20 minutes from agreeing to purchase the vehicle to driving away. The process was easy, transparent and simply superlative. I got a wonderful deal and Clifton did an excellent job guiding me through the entire process. More
