I love taking my vehicle here, because I get a car wash when I get my oil changed...everyone is usually friendly. Sometimes the lady at the service desk acts totally stressed out. Not sure there is enough when I get my oil changed...everyone is usually friendly. Sometimes the lady at the service desk acts totally stressed out. Not sure there is enough help?? Also, twice now, they have runy vehicle from the car wash, and something fell off. They didn't respond until I asked about it, that's when two of the guys said yeah, that fell off in the car wash. So... They couldn't be bothered to retrieve it when they knew it had fallen off. They obviously had to have known it was a customer's property yet they did nothing to try and return it to me. Also they wiped down the window in front of the speedometer and scratched the living daylights out of it. Also the upselling and scare tactics are pretty aggressive. More
