Friendly Dealership. Got a Used Car in Excellant Shape Chance hooked me up with the cleanest used car I have ever been in. I bought an 8 yr old CR-V in excellent condition. The price matched up with what I saw on the internet but the condition of the car makes it seem like I really got a good deal. Chance was a nice guy and was eager to help out and even though the whole process took a while, he made sure it moved along as fast and smoothly as possible. The salesperson Allan Lepler was very honest and helping in getting me a good deal on the leased car. He explained the features of the car very well, in fact to the minutest of details. He also helped me in getting me a good trade-in value for my old car by going back and forth between me and the procurement/service team and negotiating between us for a pretty good price. Finding the Ideal Honda Dealership I am someone who has owned Hondas from my very first car until today (with one exception, which only taught me to stick with Honda going forward), so I am someone who has owned Hondas from my very first car until today (with one exception, which only taught me to stick with Honda going forward), so I am already sold on the brand. (Some years ago, I gave one of my cars to a nephew when I got a new one, and without anything but "wear and tear" repairs it was on the road, reliably, for 17 years!) I was impressed with Dover Honda from the moment I first arrived. My mission at the time (in March) was simply to have new keys made. However, while there I took note of the cleanliness of the entire facility (including waiting area and rest room), the professional courtesy and friendliness of the entire staff, service department to cashier, and when I was "browsing" the car models on display, I was approached By Allan Lepler, who was terrific. We chatted and he was clearly knowledgeable, but also very helpful without crowding me or trying to "sell". We were in contact after that appointment, and I came back to have an oil change done. I ended up buying a new Honda Civic a week later, having been offered (by Allan) a really fair and manageable deal. He continued to be attentive but low pressure, and worked hard to see we could find an arrangement that fit my preferences and my budget. I would definitely recommend Allan and Dover Honda to anyone who wants to experience what car buying should be. I also plan to take my new car there for whatever service it requires (of course that return trip won't be for a while, given how reliable Honda's are). I was also very impressed with Sarah Northrop, who handled the "financing" part of the experience, and she was everything one could hope for- courteous, low-key, helpful and knowledgeable. More
