Quick services. I brought my car in the quick lane and only after I was checking out did I find on the multi inspection that there were 3 recommended services. Just found out after owning my car for 8 years that I am “automatically enrolled” in the loyalty program, but have never had the $10 off per $100 spent discount BECAUSE I NEVER ASKED…uhhhhh…I definitely hav “automatically enrolled” in the loyalty program, but have never had the $10 off per $100 spent discount BECAUSE I NEVER ASKED…uhhhhh…I definitely have asked in the past, but never used the right words, I guess. Seems to me that the discount should always be automatically applied, as well. The dealership is okay, but I always seem to have some sort of weird thing happen like this. More
