Our most recent car purchase went quickly & smoothly, thanks to Rick and Business Manager Marsha, unlike other dealerships we'd used where you were seemingly held hostage to a long, drawn out process. As older, tech-challenged folks, Rick made sure our settings were correct in the vehicle, and made a valiant attempt to educate us on using this car's latest features. Well done, Dover Honda! More

I am 57 and have purchased roughly 20 vehicles in my lifetime. This transaction was all done remotely, via text and email. I inquired about a specific car at 10pm on Thursday. Although the dealership was closed I got a text assuring me someone would be in touch in morning. Sure enough, first thing the next morning, before dealership was even open, Paula contaced me! She respected my time and interest in that one car. She did not try and sell me anything else. Her communication was spot on. I did not have to wait long for her to text me responses to my questions. My vehicle was delivered right to my home the same day we started communicating! Said the car would be at my home bewteen 3 and 3:30. Meagan showed up at 3:20. Paula also followed up to make sure things went well. This car was for my wife. When it's time for me to get a new one, it will be Paula! More

There was no high pressure and they were very fair on my trade-in allowance. The first time I dealt there was a purchase but this time I leased because the leasing deals were so good. I tried to compare proposed deals for the same car with 3 other NH Honda dealers- the experience with those other dealers was degrading at best and a complete waste of my time. Next time I will simply call Rick Stern. More

When I responded to a letter I received regarding early turn in of my lease vehicle, Paula contacted me to discuss what I was considering. I explained I wasn’t sure whether I should go to a new lease or bu turn in of my lease vehicle, Paula contacted me to discuss what I was considering. There was no pressure, just reassurance. That is gold to me! When I met with Paula to finalize my decision, it was obvious the care and time put into a safe and social distanced environment! We went over financials again to be sure. It was a very professional, calm, humorous and easy process. Thank you Paula!
