Comfortable, professional, accomodating It had been many years since I'd bought a new car. I went in anxious but knowing what model I wanted except for color. My salesman was patient as I see sawed between the top 2 contenders. After I settled on blue things moved seamlessly from test drive thru trade in and finance. Each person I dealt with was pleasant, professional and efficient. And following a crash course in operating my new cars many "bells and whistles" I was driving home in my new CRV. I highly recommend Dover Honda. More

Although I didn’t find the car that I wanted on the lot I would definitely in the future consider Cody and this dealership. The follow-up and the professionalism was excellent.I just wished at the time that I was looking they had more options in the car I was looking for. Responsive I really enjoyed the way this dealer was able to respond to my questions and handle the scenarios involved with getting my new car. They did not mess I really enjoyed the way this dealer was able to respond to my questions and handle the scenarios involved with getting my new car. They did not mess around with too many gimmicks, and focused instead on working out the best deal they could with me so that both of us could come out with some wins. They made sure I was comfortable in my choice and were very flexible on giving me the time I needed to check it out thoroughly. I was a little disappointed with the lack of focus on clearing inventory as the deals weren't as good as I was expecting given the large inventory they had on hand. I waited until the fall specifically to get a great price when new models were arriving soon. However, they still were willing to work with me to get a very nice price with significant cash down and financing. I was impressed with the way they customized everything including the optional plan offerings which I chose a few because of that enhanced the offering. More

This time, we got an invite from Paula (she did't know I was looking) to see the see the 2019 Honda's. The new HR-V LOVED it & tells me, Thanks, I love this car.. & I say "your Welcome Honey" :) This time we had Jesse French. He bent over backwards with help. Answered all our questions. Bought 1 from him & the next day, we were back to get another. The car that has my heart is the CR-V.. First 1 was 2011..
