Fantastic, quick experience I came in already having done an extensive amount of research and knew basically the exact vehicle I wanted. Their website was easy to use so I came in with a quote ready and told them exactly what I wanted. After entering they had me with Alexis within a minute or two and we discussed what I wanted. Alexis handled the test drive within 30 minutes of me being there and I was sold that I wanted that car. Paula then came over to discuss the possibility of doing a deal that day, which I wasn't too sure of. They quickly went over my car while I was filling out forms and then offered me a discount off MSRP and a very fair offer for my current vehicle so, long story short I did end up walking away with a new CR-V and had all my questions answered in a timely fashion with no hold ups. My internet search was over I had been searching the internet for a used HR V. I had been to a few local dealers and not found what I wanted. Expanding my search further out I fo I had been searching the internet for a used HR V. I had been to a few local dealers and not found what I wanted. Expanding my search further out I found what looked like what I wanted at Dover Honda. Being 2 1/2 hours away I wondered if I would go that far. I contacted them and less than an hour I had my answers. Three different people were helping to make sure my long trip was not in vain. Next morning I made the long trip and was promptly greeted. My sales consultant, Alexis Certain, handled the paperwork and demo ride. She was very friendly and professional. When the matter of the trade-in came up Paula got involved. We were able to compromise to arrive at a figure that we were both comfortable with. I never felt any pressure from anyone. A very good experience. The rest is history! There was absolutely no pressure from Charley Lawrence. He listened carefully and answered my questions. Furthermore, Charley was very patient and had a wonderful sense of humor. I test drove a new CR-V, returned the following day to make the purchase, and drove back to Maine in my new Honda that evening. My experience with Dover Honda was exceptional.
