Happy Honda Customer I have had great experiences with the Honda Service Department and have been toying with the idea of trading my older Honda Civic for a new one. Paul I have had great experiences with the Honda Service Department and have been toying with the idea of trading my older Honda Civic for a new one. Paula noticed me checking out cars in the showroom and asked if she could answer any questions or help in any way. The rest is history. She introduced me to Rick Stern, who in turn took me out for a test drive, answered lots of questions, and found me the exact car that I wanted to buy. It took a few days to track the car down and get it delivered, but every time I dealt with anyone from Dover Honda, they were polite and extremely helpful in the process. Paula checked in with me each time I was there as well to make sure the process was moving smoothly. I got lots of information from Rick Stern and felt very comfortable driving off the lot with my new vehicle after his tutelage in the workings of the car. Working with Ryan Gendron in the finance department was a good experience as well. I will be sure to return for all the servicing for this car and to purchase my next one at Dover Honda. Great Initial Experience. Poor Finance & After Care When we entered the dealership to the time of negotiation and the deal handshake, all was well. When it came to schedule the appointment for financing, that would have been better. Felt things were rushed and not explained. However the thorough explanation of the vehicle was on point. Then came the period after we signed for the vehicle. We were promised a check in the mail for a vehicle payoff to arrive the following week. Two weeks later, no check. When I called to check in, was told I would get a quick call back from Paula. Over two hours later, no call. When I called back for an update Paula was extremely rude to me telling me they have been too busy to get me an answer. I can understand people are busy, just give me a quick call back as promised to say you need more time to investigate. At least as a customer, you know you’re not forgotten. More

She spent some time with me and it was a pleasant experience, I did not purchase that day but I remembered her when, recently, I knew it was time to get into a vehicle. I visited Dover Honda's website to get her number and found she was now a manager. This put me back to "daunting" until I talked to her. She said she's sure she'd remember my face since it's been a long time and that she'd be there during the process but will have to set me up with a sales consultant. Not because she'd be too busy to help me but because she wanted to make sure I had someone's attention 100% vs. her getting pulled away. She set me up when I arrived with Kris. I am pretty sure she trained him because he had the same appealing, outgoing personality that Paula has! My experience with at Dover Honda was yet again, fantastic! If you're looking for a vehicle ... call Paula! She'll make sure she connects you with the right fit in regards to both a sales person and vehicle.
