My brand new Ioniq 9 had a chipped glass that went into warranty repair. That order did not correctly include all the necessary parts to complete the repair. When the window came in, I dropped off my car o warranty repair. That order did not correctly include all the necessary parts to complete the repair. When the window came in, I dropped off my car only to be told hours later they forgot to order another part. So I waited some more. I checked in every week on the status, then Kimberlina told me she’ll let us know when the part comes in. It turns out she left the company and no one followed up on the status. So when I called they said the part is ready and they’ll authorize a rental. I show up and they say they don’t have any rentals. At this point I’ve had to make 5 round trips to this dealer that is not close to where I live (Redondo) or work (Fountain Valley). Overall it was an incredibly frustrating and arduous process just to get a simple window replaced. More
