I purchased a newer used car from this dealership and the deception began from my first call to find out the “out the door price.” The price seemed competitive in print, but that’s where the add-on bait and deception began from my first call to find out the “out the door price.” The price seemed competitive in print, but that’s where the add-on bait and switch began. They wanted thousands in dealer add-ons and refused to communicate clearly about the vehicle or any detail of the sale. They didn’t disclose material items missing on the car, a flat worn tire, and a big dent in the door. I was tossed between multiple sales people in a showroom playing music so loud one could not hear the details clearly - nice sales tactic! After closing the sale, I discovered additional items about the car that had clearly been undisclosed which would have reduced the price. When I reached out to resolve the issues, I was patently told “the car was sold as-is” with no further follow up. I would never recommend this dealership. In fact I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and considering legal action just because they shouldn’t be allowed to be so shady. Once they’ve got your money, they’ll run with it and all the friendly service promises will be as stale as last week’s bread. Don’t expect professionalism, integrity, or any measure of honesty from this dealership. More
