I like their straight up approach of negotiating price and trade-in. Their first offer was pretty much on target for where we needed to be. We did some fine tune tweaking on the deal, but we weren't far apart; unlike many dealers that try and use all kinds of sales tactics and it takes forever to find that "sweet" zone, if you ever do. My Duval Ford experience was simple and effortless! I informed them of what I was looking for along with my price range and BAM, they found it!
