There at 5:00 so I guessed closed and still panic mode. I walk in ask if stiill open answer yes sir. Long story short Christopher Carter treated me like I was the first customer of the day. He also say I was very nervous and was able to assure me everything could be handled and calmed me down. Now the extra mile. He asked me to wait a minute while he checked something inside. He came back out and said there was a recall on the latch and it would be no charge and also had a rental car on the way at no charge.
