I suspected a bad crankcase seal but the technician diagnosed a bad timing cover gasket. The repair was flawless. No more leaks. Good job to tech Matthew Fanton and Service Advisor John Rohde. Mathew found a coolant leak and with my approval also replaced the thermostat housing and sensors. John kept me informed throughout the repairs and even applied a senior discount. More

The truck arrived in one piece with only a few scratches that Duval Ford has immediately contacted the local body shop for repair. Although the shipping was a total disaster Duval Ford and the General Manager kept his word and made the last half of the transaction worth the stressful ordeal. He was in constant communication with me as was I with him and the driver of the 2nd rig to pick up the truck from Denver. After the shipping nightmare....the way the dealership has handled the last half of the transaction I feel they deserve the kudos and my business again if ever in need of a truck from Jacksonville...... Average Service Department, Good Service Rep It seems as if every time I take my vehicle in, the staff of the service department is very welcoming and kind. They take care of you and keep you updated if you're waiting for your vehicle to be serviced, however, every time I have had to wait it has taken hours. Almost every time I make an appointment, and I am still sitting in the waiting room for at least three hours for a tire rotation and an oil change. More
