Disappointed with their service department. I have a nail in my AWD Cadillac XT5 and called in the morning to find out about getting it fixed. Must replace all 4 tires because of AWD. When I I have a nail in my AWD Cadillac XT5 and called in the morning to find out about getting it fixed. Must replace all 4 tires because of AWD. When I called back to set up the appointment, no one could help me. I was assured someone would call back before 6--you guessed it--no one called. I know the tires are able to get in quickly but was told service is backed up. Very upset could not even get a call back when I called twice to set up an appointment. And on top of it was treated rudely by the women who answered the phone. Was thinking of getting another Cadillac there, but after this--no way. More
