Excellent - responsive. Virtually always available. Brian Buhr was available to discuss the deal even on his days off! We actually enjoyed working with him and Sveta in the closing hours of negotiations Brian Buhr was available to discuss the deal even on his days off! We actually enjoyed working with him and Sveta in the closing hours of negotiations. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process we were going through -- our last purchase was a 2002 EXT from Moore in ~2002! A lot has changed! We are hoping to have the same experience with our 2018 we have had with our 2000 and 2002 Escalades! We are keeping both cars so I'll have the EXT (~150K miles) for the farm and around town trips. Susan loves her 2000 Escalade (~40K) -- we broke it in going to Boise, ID in January 2000 driving through the Rockies in January; an experience! The 4-wheel drive paid for itself! However, we were unable to get the Super Bowl coming back through Nebraska on AM or FM. We called On-Star every ten minutes (they suggested it!) and they kept us informed how the Rams were doing. We watched the last quarter in the motel in Lincoln. Such a deal! More

ELCO was the best Chevy experience I had locally I went to several Chevy dealerships locally and I’m glad that I waited for Elco. By far my best experience. I was very fortunate to draw Ryan Spence w I went to several Chevy dealerships locally and I’m glad that I waited for Elco. By far my best experience. I was very fortunate to draw Ryan Spence when I first arrived there. He was very straight forward with me and truly helped me create the vehicle that I was looking for but unable find. I am also impressed with the service department early on as i prefer to patronize my dealer with maintenance and it is very important for that experience to be a good one. More

Ryan worked hard to find the exact car I was looking for. Eric was there when I purchased my car and took alot of time showing me how to setup all the additional features. He didn't make me feel rushed and all. The only thing that bothered me was that when I asked to take the car for a longer overnight drive since I was 98% sure I was going to purchase it and I wanted my husband who works alot to be able to drive it. I also but wanted to make sure I wasn't going to miss AWD since I originally wanted that but it was going to be weeks before that one was on the lot. It seemed like Ryan had to really push for it with his mgmt and it made me feel that the sales mgmt was not so much about me the customer and me being 100% sure of my purchase but rather worried about loosing a maybe possible sale. Since the car was not on the lot. If it wasn't for Ryan this would of made me look elsewhere for my vehicle. More
