We worked out what we were after by email and text and when we got there, he had it cleaned and pulled up to drive. When we were ready to wrap the deal up, he was very efficient and attentive to our needs. He gave us a really thorough run thru of all the vehicle features and we were on out way. We stopped for lunch an hour down the road an realized we didn't have one of our key fobs. We shot him a quick text and somehow he had wound up with it. He overnighted it and we had it the next day. Now, that's first class service. More

Out of state purchase Not being able to find a Suburban with our desired color, trim package and price in our state of WI, and after searching many states and dealerships a Not being able to find a Suburban with our desired color, trim package and price in our state of WI, and after searching many states and dealerships across the country, we were fortunate enough to come across Murray Newton at Elco Chevy. He honored the advertised internet price without additional fees which other dealerships charged but did not disclose. We easily finalized the transaction over the phone, and Murray had everything organized and in order when we walked in the door to sign the paperwork. Everyone was extremely friendly and efficient and made us feel welcome. It was the best and easiest auto purchase we have ever made. We would do business with Elco again. Kurt & Jeanne More
