The process of buying the car was a quick as it could possibly have been and I was on the road 30 minutes after showing up at the dealership via Uber. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction! Can't say enough good things about these guys - would DEFINITELY do business with them again. My salesman, Lamarr was great. A real people person Lamarr was great. From the time I spoke with him on the phone until the time in left with my keys he was great. Quick process. Easy to deal with and great follow through. Was looking for a specific vehicle. Black on Black Escalade pre owned. I noticed on Friday that ELCO had one in stock. It was on the website, however, no pictures were posted. Contacted dealership, spoke to Eric DeBruin. He confirmed vehicle was there, said it was a fresh trade and in service. He went as far as to walk on a Friday night to service and take a short video of the truck and send it to me with his contact info. I was there the next day at 9am, drove the vehicle, he even made sure it had gas and checked the tire pressures. Came back, wrote it up, decent trade for my vehicle, sent to finance and was out with the truck by noon. Both finance-Sveta and Sales Manager-John Durham were helpful. There were a few items that needed to be addressed on the truck. Dropped it off the next week and everything was completed as promised. Eric even texted me when the truck was ready. All in all a positive experience and personally thank Eric DeBruin for the good sales experience. More

Unwilling to honor online price This past week I experienced the worst bait and switch tactic I have ever seen at a dealership. ELCO Chevrolet was completely unwilling to honor their This past week I experienced the worst bait and switch tactic I have ever seen at a dealership. ELCO Chevrolet was completely unwilling to honor their online price. I spent 2 hours with them this past Saturday, discussed everything verbally and went in on the following Monday to close a deal. When I arrived on Monday, I was informed I didn't qualify for $4500 in rebates which was never disclosed on Saturday. The $1500 trade assist was a complete farce, this is basically a rebate Cort Howard (ELCO GM) can apply if he feels like it because there are no specific terms around this. The $3000 "Chevy" loyalty reward is a scam as well, I was told it only applies to people that own a Chevy (again, this was not disclosed to me the past Saturday). My GMC truck was fine on Saturday but when I showed up Monday to complete the purchase it was all of a sudden not eligible under the Chevy loyalty reward. I understand this is not a decision made at the dealer level but it is still a joke. I have owned Chevy and GMC trucks/SUVs for the past 20 years and I am done at this point. If I am not considered loyal after 20 years then I will never purchase another GM product. I have purchased around 10 vehicles in the last 20 years and this was the most disgusted I have ever been walking out of a dealership, to the point I drove directly to Plaza Motors and started looking at foreign SUVs. Barring someone making an extreme effort to rectify the issue I am done buying GM products. More
