After showing me his current new Impala inventory and discussing what I was looking for, Vito listened attentively and admitted that he didn't necessarily have what I was looking for in new car inventory, but promptly showed me a certified pre-owned Chevrolet Impala which directly met my buying needs. We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, personable and honest person answering all of our crazy questions. It had been a while since we were in the car market and he took a lot of time finding us the exact vehicle we wanted and we never felt pressured (like we have at other dealerships). Ryan also spent a lot of time with me in the car going over all of the fun stuff a new vehicle offers, showing me what every single button would do. The day after the purchase, I emailed him with a couple of questions and he replied immediately with answers and advised me to email any time with any questions or concerns.
