I got there about 15 minutes late, but they weren't able to take me from my appointment. They didn't tell me why that bothered me but I was there two hours 2 1/2 hours where they said it would take an hour to take me from my appointment. They didn't tell me why that bothered me but I was there two hours 2 1/2 hours where they said it would take an hour that bothered me but the salesman that sold me the car chatted with us and we had some things to try to figure out and we figured them out and so we did that and then we had to wait for our car.
