I brought my vehicle in at 8am which was my scheduled appointment time. At 3pm, I received a phone call from Eagle asking if I could wait until tomorrow for the mechanics to look at the vehicle. Why schedule an appointment if my vehicle won't even be diagnosed until the next day? That seems like very poor customer service - my dropping the vehicle off or staying and waiting should not affect when my vehicle is repaired. More
