Our only complaint is that each time we bought s vehicle here there was no owners manual in either vehicle. Your salesman has to order us an Owners Manual which takes a week or more. More
Great and Honest When I showed up to the dealership I was only intending on seeing what they had available. When the Salesman (Steve) went to show me the truck I enqui When I showed up to the dealership I was only intending on seeing what they had available. When the Salesman (Steve) went to show me the truck I enquired about, he said "this is the one you asked about, but come look at this one first. If you still want to look at it, we'll come back" He took me a few trucks down and showed me a truck that was a year newer, 25k less miles and only $2,000 difference in price. All around it was a better truck and a better deal and he knew it was a better investment for me. I told him upfront that I didnt have bad credit, I just didn't have any established credit. That didn't matter to him, he still treated me as if I were buying a brand new truck and paying it outright before he even knew if I would be approved for the loan. I did get the loan and he still helped me get the truck to the shop to get the windows tinted and bed liner put in 4 days later. Instead of like most places that would have ignored you because they already got your business he was just the opposite. I look forward to the next time I'm ready to buy a truck, Eagle Buick/ GMC will be my first stop More

I brought by SUV in for oil chg and my lift gate wasn't working. Thought it was going to cost a lot of money to fix, only to find out all that was needed was to press a button near the gear shift to get it to open. Other places wouldn't have shown me and would have taken the car in and make up a charge for fixing the lift gate. Thank you for hiring honest employees. Will continue coming to Eagle Buick. Also your salesman Randy Lee is an awesome sales man. Honest and works hard in getting the car you want. Have followed Randy from other dealerships because of his integrity, caring and honesty. Will continue to buy vehicles from him when a need for I new car. I will also refer people to this service center when they need their cars serviced and will refer them to Laura. She's great friendly honest and keeps you updated on your car at all times. Bob in finance, really works hard to get you the best financing for your car at the lowest rates possible. Dishonesty & Fraud I test drove a used 2015 BMW on 5/10/19. I was at a stop sign in the parking lot near the dealership. My foot was firmly on the brake pedal at a sto I test drove a used 2015 BMW on 5/10/19. I was at a stop sign in the parking lot near the dealership. My foot was firmly on the brake pedal at a stop sign, the car was stopped. All of the sudden this used car started to make a grinding and clicking noise and moved forward into a Toyota Prius. The used BMW and the Prius had very minimal cosmetic damage on the outside...but there was something very wrong with the BMW that caused a minor accident. The Owner and the manager arrived on scene and the BMW could not be driven. The dealership at that time advised NOT to call my insurance company. Mind you I was not given a ticket for this incident and the BMW could no longer be driven and was pushed into a parking spot. on 5/14/19 the dealership phoned me to call my insurance company which I did and I was advised by my insurance company that the dealership is no laying blame on me and they no state there is nothing wrong with their used 2015 BMM. The salesman is Gregory and the manager is John. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AS THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST. More

Problem with my car never solved The sensor for my tire pressure went off in my car. At first; the service tech locked my keys in the car and spent about 30 minutes making a key to ge The sensor for my tire pressure went off in my car. At first; the service tech locked my keys in the car and spent about 30 minutes making a key to get in the car. After replacing the sensor and going home the sensor went off again and had to be reset. After driving my car from the "reset" the light is on again. I'm not too keen on all these electronics in newer cars and I don't have a lot of confidence in these "mechanics" in citrus county. More

Poor Customer Service People were nice enough but they tried to get me to buy an older SUV that I was not interested in. I went there for a 2018 Buick Enclave and they want People were nice enough but they tried to get me to buy an older SUV that I was not interested in. I went there for a 2018 Buick Enclave and they wanted me to buy a 2016 GMC Acadia which had more miles then my 2011 Buick LaCrosse. If you cant get it done say so and dont try and show me something else. Waste of time and gasoline. Get rid of the old high mileage stuff elsewhere cause I am not gonna buy it. I had rated then 3 stars but I have changed it to only 1 star but it should 0 stars. It's 9:00 PM 5/4/2019 just got a threatening voicemail message from John Patrick. Very obnoxious message saying he was going to respond to this review by release credit information about myself and my wife if I did not take down this review. I guess the facts of this review hit the nail on the head. This guy is very unprofessional. They also advertised the vehicle on Facebook Market Place at $35,840 they told me the price was $38,840. Not exactly truth in advertising. This review stands. I will be consulting an attorney since they seem to want to go to war or something. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL attitude with a potential customer. I was prepared to put down a large down payment of over $10,000 and I had already been pre-approved but they insisted on a credit application. They ran my credit without asking if it was okay. Despite the fact that I told the Salesman that I already had financing. I won't be trusting this dealership group in the future. Totally Unprofessional and rude management. These are unlawful and illegal business practices. Making such threats are against the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Anything published in the way of a response can and will be taken as an attempted extortion. I will take any and all necessary legal action against this company if they publish any credit or credit reporting information. Or if they imply any negative credit information. I guess they want a legal battle. Last time I looked there are laws. I have stated facts here that they can not refute so then they try coercion. John Patrick you just got served and are on notice.
