Fantastic experience... Preowned 2018 Yukon SLT We stopped to just do some tire kicking and check out the new vehicles. We met Gregory on the lot and he immediately went to get some keys. We test drive a leftover 2018 GMC Yukon and it was perfect. After negotiating some we decided not to purchase it because we really wanted a 1-2 year old Yukon with low miles. Well the General Manager Russ and Gregory had just the vehicle. A 2018 Yukon with low miles and all the upgrades at a fantastic price. Unfortunately they just took it in on trade and it was pretty dirty to say the least. After a while we decided to purchase it and we were promised a vehicle that looked like New. The next day we went back and WOW..they did one hell of a job. This vehicle is better than New. We sat with the finance guy Bob and he made us feel like family. Actually everybody made us feel that way. We got the vehicle that we were looking for at a great price. Then today 5 days later UPS dropped off a package and it was a surprise to see the wireless headsets and remote control for the rear entertainment system. I had just written them off thinking the previous owner lost them. But they found them and sent them without even being asked to do so. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I cannot Thank everyone at Eagle enough for an amazing transaction... More

Recall on airbag I received a letter that the passenger airbag was defected on my 2007 Pontiac Vibe and needed replacing. Called Eagle Buick, the part was ordered and I received a letter that the passenger airbag was defected on my 2007 Pontiac Vibe and needed replacing. PO 496 Error as described in letter from GM headquarters I was away and experienced a problem with my Terrain. Went to an Advance Auto Parts and they told me the code. Then Onstar sent me an email saying tha I was away and experienced a problem with my Terrain. Went to an Advance Auto Parts and they told me the code.
