I called and week ahead of my appt. To set up a time. I recd a notice that my car had a recall. I was told that they had the part and didn't need to order it. I was told I would need a loaner car because ir would take a while to install the recall part. I spoke with the person to reserve a loaner car. I live on the other side of inverness so I had 20 plus miles to drive. When I arrived that morning I was told they didn't have the part and they couldn't do the work. I explained that I was told that they had the part when I made the appt for my car. He said he would order the part. I canceled the loaner car and left. More
