He also helped me sort out the competition by looking at the facts. He never put down the competition and he was never threatened by the competition. He helped me find what I wanted. He is definitely interested in customer service. Everything he said he would do, he was certain to follow through. This whole experience amazed me. His boss, Jim, was super friendly and warm. Other sales guys at this location were also very friendly. Tony Wahl warmly congratulated me on my purchase. Shelby was also very helpful. Great experience at Hyundai of North Scottsdale I recently went to Earnhardt to purchase a new car. I didn't know much about Hundai's except the great warranty and that I liked the look of the Santa I recently went to Earnhardt to purchase a new car. Salesman Drew Gabler approached me as I was entering the building and offered to help me look around. He listened to what I wanted and what my price range was. He did a great job of showing me all options (new, used, Hyundai, others) and explained the pros / cons of each In the end I settled on a slightly used Santa Fe Sport and Drew worked with me to get to a price I wanted and made the whole process very easy. He was not pushy and truly seemed to want to help me find what would work for me - not what he wanted to sell More
