My new 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid stopped running and had to have it towed in for repair, but was told it would take a couple of days to find out what was wrong. Within hours I received a call from Chris the service representative who told me they had diagnosed the problem, but that it would be a few days for the part to come in. He said he had a loaner for me that day. I was relived to say the least! Chris followed up with me and I picked up the SUV yesterday and have been satisfied so far. More
