I brought my car in for service, and the mechanics were backed up so Carrio arranged a loaner so I could get my errands done. That shows respect for the customer's time. The invoices explain everything that is being done, and the car also undergoes an inspection to let you know the life of your tires, brakes, etc. My 90,000 mi checkup revealed a coolant issue requiring a flush. I put my trust in the staff to keep me safe on the road. I'd recommend the Service Dept highly. More

This dealership had a car I have been looking for with all the amenities so just like any car buyer here I’m sure you can image how I excited I was to finally find “the one” . I contacted them and wanted all the amenities so just like any car buyer here I’m sure you can image how I excited I was to finally find “the one” . I contacted them and wanted to proceed forward with purchasing. They said that they work with people out of state all time and they were very friendly. But my issue was with my pre approval and finance… I have a pre approval ready to buy the car check In hand from a military friendly bank, and the finance team here will not sell me the car with out running my credit…..I have no idea why if someone had check or cash at hand and everything is legit and can be verified why does my credit still have to get ran… I was told this is “protocol with all dealerships”…. I have bought several cars in my life time, local and from a far and NEVER ran into this issue… yes I have had people still try to run my credit but once I verify everything with the bank or xxxx I don’t even mine waiting till everything is cleared with the bank to receive the car. Most places would want to sell the car but I guess not this place because they are selling loans and not cars. Lastly yes I know you can pull someone credit several times in the month for the same thing with out credit being affected… Number 1.. even within the month your credit can get pulled enough times that it will affect your credit so don’t let them say they can pull it unlimited times that’s a lie… Number 2… I am ex military, and if the person at finance was ex military like he said he was he should know giving out PII like your social unnecessary amount of times is definitely something we don’t do. So yea wasted my time and now must be on the search again thanks… - CARLOS More
