Bad return experience with Julian but Gary made up for it. When we returned to Hyundai to purchase our second vehicle, because our first experience was so good we looked for Gary Baker. He asked if we needed help and we said yea. We asked to look at the trunk space of vehicles and after that that's where his help stopped. He didn't think we would be a good sales commission and close his arms totally off to helping us saying "I wouldn't make any money with you" I have never been so disrespected at a dealership like that. He absolutely refused to do anything and we didn't want to test drive just look inside the cars to see the features. Needless to say, he got someone else to help us and he gave us the keys to look inside the vehicles and we test drove the one we liked and purchased the car. (He missed his sales' commission). We had to come back to sign some papers so told Gary about how rude he was and he took good care of us. We are glad we didn't meet him first because this review would be all ONE's if we did. More

He was patient with me as I took my time deciding on what model to get. I really didn't know what I wanted beyond small SUV and somethng for blind spots. So I came in several times to look at different models. Drew never pushed one model over the other even though one was more expensive. In fact he was ready to sell me the Tucson, but I decided there were features on the Santa Fe that I wanted. Drew let me take my time, no pressure at all, and make my own decisions. He answered questions and even suggested I test drive the cars again to see what I liked. Working with Drew made buying a new car an easy and enjoyable experience. More

Before getting into the purchase, I want to commend Ben Girard for his years of attentiveness given to me and my former Santa Fe. I spoke with Ben prior to purchasing the new car and he informed me that he had just got the new Santa Fe (7 passenger) for his wife. I trust his opinion. Now, no one can beat Drew Gabler. He knows everything without going to the book. His presentation made buying the new Santa Fe quick and easy. He explained everything completely and clearly. I didn't want to leave his side and visit finance, but I was wrong. Ian Parker completed the day. Nothing gets by Ian.
