Only downside is that a full tank of gas should be given with every car purchase and not just with a new car.....to me I bought a new car! Best Car Buying Experience....EVER!!! I was at the Hyundai dealership which normally services my car the previous day but felt pressured by a salesman there when I was just looking and thi I was at the Hyundai dealership which normally services my car the previous day but felt pressured by a salesman there when I was just looking and thinking of a different car. The next day, I decided to stop by Earnhardt Hyundai which is much closer to my residence with the intent to just look around at the new cars at this dealership. Gary met me at the door and asked what kind of car was I interested in. That was an excellent question since I knew what I wanted but wasn't sure it was even made. Gary asked me if I needed some water and then showed me the new 2015 Sonata Sport 2.0T in white and I took it out for a test drive. What an awesome car but didn't care for the color. I was leaning towards more of a gray color as my current Hyundai. As a 2007 Hyundai Sonata Limited (gray color) owner, I was comparing the difference between the 2007 and 2015 Sport 2.0T. My 2007 is a 6 cylinder while the 2015 is a 4 cylinder Turbo. I really didn't want to give up the power of the 6 until I drove the 4 turbo and I do have to say after driving it, I'm SOLD! Since I really wanted the car in gray, both Gary and Jimmy teamed up and found my car and drove it back from another Hyundai dealership across the city. They let me know the car was onsite ready for me to test drive. The color and interior was exactly what I wanted and after a test drive, the car and I are a perfect match. With that said..... Gary, Jimmy and Ian began working on the paperwork. They made the paperwork painless and explained everything as we went along. They answered all my questions and provided answers to questions I didn't even think to ask. Earnhardt Hyundai is now my dealership of choice, now and forever. The folks there help the customer, never pushes and goes out of their way to help any way they can. Yes, you're stuck with me. Once again, many thanks to Gary, Jimmy and Ian. Awesome job guys!!! I've gone to multiple dealerships, test driven multiple cars, tried to see what car would w I've been looking for a car to purchase for a solid month. I've gone to multiple dealerships, test driven multiple cars, tried to see what car would work best for my needs including finance options. After LOTS of research, I decided that I wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I checked all the dealers in the valley, and Earnhardt had the Santa Fe Sport that I wanted,even down to the color! I called the dealership, ran the numbers, and then drove down to test drive the vehicle. Kyle was extremely helpful in just letting me run the show. He knew I needed to drive the vehicle and see everything. He broke down the vehicle for me, showed me where the oil was, the battery, fluids, etc. He was extremely helpful in pointing out things that I didn't even know about the vehicle yet either! We went in, talked numbers, went over a few options, and then signed the deal! Kyle was extremely excited with me as well. He didn't try to pull one over on me, he didn't try and hide numbers, both he and Jimmy, who was the sales manager that I worked with, were very upfront about everything and showed me all the numbers. (granted, it helped that I personally knew what to expect) This is the first time I have not regretted a car buying purchase. When all was said and done, Kyle showed me how to work all the amenities in my new car. He showed me how to set the radio, bluetooth set up, wipers, lights, and everything inside as well! I had an incredible experience with them! I honestly enjoyed my time with them and in 10 years, they might just see me back there to buy another car once I've run this car to the ground (like I do with ALL my vehicles!) I plan on going in to see them for my oil change just to talk with them and show them how happy this vehicle has made me! Thanks Earnhardt! I'll be back!! :) More
