Excellent Experience When we arrived we were greeted by Sean Pieper and we made it crystal clear we were browsing and did not want any pressure. We actually just stopped by to see the new dealership and see what Hyundai had to offer. We did not have any intention of buying a car since we had a 2009 Nissan Murano with only 31,000 miles. Sean met and exceeded our every expectation. He was professional and very knowledgeable about Hyundai. Hours later, after a test drive and learning more about the SUV options available we complimented Sean for honoring our request for "no pressure". He reminded us of our initial statement that was "we are browsing and do not any any pressure". Obviously Sean is a good listener and he told us that the dealership prides itself in advising customers vs. using the hard-sell approach which we find is so typical in most dealerships. The rest of the team that we met and worked with were very friendly and helpful. In fact when we decided to actually purchase a car and decided on the particular car, package and color, they brought out one that just arrived and was still in its protective wrap. Within a couple of hours the car was good to go and we drove off the lot. Not having a car in the past with this level of technology, we have already arranged a mini-tutorial with Sean. We live in Terravita, a gated community in North Scottsdale and have learned that other residents (Bush, McClintock, Engman to name a few) have also purchased a Hyundai. Paulo was very friendly without being overbearing. Through thoughtful questions, he was able to zero in on our need in selecting the model and options we were interested in. Explaining the differences the basic package to the top package, we were able to decide quickly on the model that best fit our need. The give and take during the discussion of price and my trade-in was very respectful and actually fun because of his demeanor. It didn't take long at all to close the deal. The beast part though was the inspection and overview of the car after purchase. Paulo was thorough, patient, and even set up the Bluetooth to my and my wife's phone. Great job! More

My Review of Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale I needed a new car as mine was 15 years old. I went to Hyundai first with a list of options I needed. Rafael Felix suggested a Santa Fe Sport Turbo wo I needed a new car as mine was 15 years old. I went to Hyundai first with a list of options I needed. Rafael Felix suggested a Santa Fe Sport Turbo would be a good fit for me. I drove the car, and it rode beautifully. As this was the first car I tried, I went to other dealerships and drove different vehicles. I kept telling my husband I really liked the Santa Fe Turbo. Several days later, I went back to Hyundai to talk with Rafael Felix. I teased him and told him I was one of the 3 percent who came back to buy. Rafael is a kind, calm, relaxing person to deal with. He is so patient and answerd every little question I asked. I so enjoyed working with him. He worked out a good deal for me, and when I told him I wanted the red turbo Santa Fe, which was not on their lot, Rafael went out of his way and had one delivered the next day. I cannot say enough kind things about Rafael. When I need another car, I would like him to be the person who works with me. I would recommend him 100 percent as a sales person. Sandee Swain More
