I was not enthused as I knew he would NEVER purchase a car out of state but we were going to Costco so I agreed. To make a long story as brief as possible, the customer service was informative, accurate (as I had done extensive research) and the price was more than fair. Our sales associate, Lynn Winkler was friendly without being effusive and understood our position. As is evident, we purchased the car because everything fell into place. We credit Lynn with the majority but the entire staff worked well as a team. I have friends in the area and will recommend your dealership and Lynn most specifically. More

Paulo was friendly, patient and knowledgable, answering all our questions and showing us only those cars that met our financial parameters without sacrificing quality. Julian met us at the front of the building with a friendly smile and an introduction. We told him what we were looking for and he led us to many selections of that model. He didn't waste our time t friendly smile and an introduction. We told him what we were looking for and he led us to many selections of that model. He didn't waste our time trying to show us other cars. He was direct, helpful and informative. I test drove one model and decided it was not really what I wanted. That was when he suggested the Sante Fe Sport 2.0T. I drove it and loved it but there were things on it we didn't want nor need. He promptly did a data search and to find what I was looking for but by that time I had fallen in love with the model I test drove. He did no- nonsense negotiating and my husband came up with a figure we were willing to pay. Julian left for a few minutes and came back with an offer of $200 LESS ( because my husband had been in the service but didn't have the papers)---unbelievable. There was never any pressure on which car we wanted to buy. Julian was straight up, direct and helpful. He has a great sense of humor but he is also business like and knowledgeable about the product. I would suggest to anyone looking for a Hyundai to ask to work with Julian. More

Rafael was great. He was very thoughtful and knowledgable. He was working from 8a-5p on the day that I needed to come in after 5p.
