I was referred to Julian Foldes for my new Sonata. From the first moment I pulled into the parking area, it was a nice feel. The staff was courteous and promptly went to tell Julian I had arrived. They even opened the door for me as I entered the showroom! From the first introduction, Julian was professional and listened to me for my thoughts and needs for a new car. He was very knowledgeable and simply made the car buying process fun. He took the time to show me the different models, explained thoroughly the feature differences and let me make MY decision on what worked best for me. He was not pushy - respected my budget constraints - and worked very hard to insure I was completely satisfied with my selection. After Julian had completed his portion of the papers and did a thorough explanation of the books and manuals, I met with Ian Parker, their Finance Manager, whom prepared the contract stuff for my lease. Thorough, simply thorough in reviewing the documents and answering my questions, and offering some exceptional values for my car. This paperwork process was quick, clear and too was enjoyable. After that, again Julian was there with a smilie and then spent another 30 minutes with an in-depth, in the car, review of the features, knobs, buttons and how to operate the cool bluetooth system! Mr.Drew Gabler was the only reason I bought my Equus . My husband and I stopped into Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale for 2 things. First, one of my tires on my 2012 Sonata seemed to be losing air more quickly than it should and we wanted to have it looked Scottsdale for 2 things. First, one of my tires on my 2012 Sonata seemed to be losing air more quickly than it should and we wanted to have it looked it. We found out that the dealership had just opened that day in their new and improved location and service wouldn't be open until Monday. The second reason we stopped in was to take a look at the Santa Fe (we wanted to see how we liked it for when the lease on my Sonata was up). Paulo greeted us and was very friendly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicle. We were able to take one out for a test drive and since we liked it, Paulo had us come in to see if we could make anything work. We still had some time left on the current lease and didn't need a new car that day but if the numbers made sense we would consider it. We were way off numbers to start but Paulo kept working and getting his managers involved - even the owners got involved because they didn't want us walking out of there without this vehicle. Finally, we were able to get somewhere that would worked for all of us - we thought. When we went to take a look at the car it was missing the technology package that we thought it had, which was something that had to be there. We ended up leaving that day without the Santa Fe. Two days later we got a call. Paulo was very apologetic for the miscommunication and apologized again for disappointing us. He said he was able to get the Santa Fe a number that was a bit higher than we'd hoped for but at a very reasonable price for the car that had everything we wanted. We went in that evening and we drove off with a 2014 fully loaded Santa Fe. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful and Paulo was great to work with. We appreciate everything you all did for us to get us into this vehicle. We would definitely recommend you! More

Best car buying experience ever. James listened and was respectful, totally competent, honest, straightforward. When I came to the dealership, James continued to be a NO BULL person. I liked his honesty and integrity more than the sales people with AAA, and with COSTCO. He is outstanding. Sean Piper also helped with the paper work and walk through at the end of the sales, as James was home sick with a probable FLU bug. Mike was just like James, straight forward, honest, totally competent and a pleasure to work with as he walked my wife and I through the closing papers and orientation to the car. I am totally impressed with Earnhardt Hyundai and I look forward to continuing dealings with this fine organization as is reflected by these two terrific salesmen. More
