My wife and I entered the dealership already having done a lot of research on the vehicle we ultimately purchased. Our primary contact throughout the purchase process was John Lloyd. My girlfriend and I did a great deal of research before deciding to purchase our car through Earnhardt. Naturally there was a great deal of haggling involved, with lots of dealerships in the Valley. Lot's of back and fourth with different prices and bonuses for about a month. Based off of the reviews we found online, we dealt primarily with three dealers in the area when the time came to actually purchase the vehicle. Miller Hyundai, Chapman Hyundai, and Earnhardt of Scottsdale. One of the dealers kind of dropped off the map when I confronted him about outright lying to me. Later he vehemently apologized, but we decided not to do business with that dealership. Another dealer, during the haggling process simply conceded that with the price I wanted for the vehicle, I should just do business with Earnhardt, since they seemed to down-bid everyone else. And so it was. I talked to Bill Johnson on the phone and through e-mails the whole time. Set the final out-the-door price and date we would meet to do the deal. When my girlfriend and I arrived we went through the whole process with Mike Enyuart, Bill was away at the time. The financial stuff was handled with Mike Seltzer. Lots of Mike's at that place. Everything went very smooth and beautiful, and overall very painless. Everyone was extremely friendly and took the time to explain and answer all of our questions. We've owned the car for over a month now, and had some questions that floated up, they were answered quickly by the above mentioned gentlemen via e-mail. Overall we had a very good experience with these guys, and far better than what we expected. Next review I will do, will most likely be of the repair/servicing over there. But expect it will be just as good. More

It was a very good experience to work with Michael Enyart(Sales).He was a pleasure to have as a sales representative and I will recommend to my friends. We went to buy Elantra sedan and after discussion with sales, decide to go with Elantra GT hatchback. Michael stayed late evening to work with us and make sure we were satisfied with the details. We told him to meet the next day morning @ 10:00 and sharp he was available and completed the deal quickly. Actually, vehicle color which we liked was NOT available at this dealership and Michael was ready to bring one from other dealership with less time. However, my wife changed her mind to go with Silver color and upgraded to Style and technology package that was available with this dealer. I have traded-in my old vehicle and Jim Tonelli helped us and gave a very fare trade-in value. Also he was very good in explaining all the details and completed the deal with fare purchasing price. No pressure and very professional. Immediately, I got introduced to Ian parker from finance and he explained all options available for me. After 2 days of purchase, we noticed that the rear view mirror doesn't NOT have homelink button. I immediately told them and they tried the best to change it, but NOT free. They talked to parts manager to order one for replacing and I have to pay for it.(my wife is little disappointment, but nothing wrong in it). More
