The first dealership lived up to the bad image that used car salespeople often have with the individual attempting to sell us on something that really wasn't going to fit our needs or budget. From there we were going to call it a day, but decided to give Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale a try and we are glad we did. James Orozco warmly greeted us and was extremely knowledgeable about the Hyundai Sonata we were interested in driving. We told him that we were going to go home and sleep on it and there wasn't even the slightest degree of pressure. We did sleep on it and in the morning we arrived back, drove the car one more time and made a great cash deal with a higher than expected trade in value for my wife's car. Ian Parker in the Finance Office was very enjoyable to deal with and processed all of our paperwork quickly and professionally. Considering we both live in south Chandler, that will save us quite a drive and wait time. He showed us how to use everything new on the car before we left the lot.
