I recently bought a Hyunda Sonata Hybrid. I am very happy with the car and it's features. Usually I don't look forward to the "car buying" experience because there is always a sales person breathing d happy with the car and it's features. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted by one of the sales team, James Orosco. He showed me several cars and I drove a couple of them. James Orosco is friendly but not over bearing at all and I didn't feel pressured to buy a car. Because I was just staring my search; I didn't buy a car that day but knew that I had found the dealership. I just wanted to make sure so I thanked James and told him I would most probably be coming back. I continued looking at cars in the area and then went home to think about it. Two days later I came back and bought the Sonata. I am so happy with the car and had such a good experience with James. He is the best Sales Associate I have ever encountered. I look forward to a life long relationship with Hyundai. They have come a long way and I'm impressed! More

James was very helpful in the purchase and sales process of the car. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my car. We had to get the exact car I wanted from another dealership and they dr of the car. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my car. I worked with Sean and James in getting the purchase of this car completed. Sean started with an inquiry by me on the internet re a Tucson. In his followup to me regarding that interest, I had already dr this car completed. Sean started with an inquiry by me on the internet re a Tucson. In his followup to me regarding that interest, I had already driven that particular car at another Hyundai dealer. I did not like it. I told that to the salesperson who was helping me, but it went no where. When I mentioned to Sean that I was no longer interested in a Tucson, he suggested the Santa Fe Sport as an alternative. How dumb of that other salesperson not to have mentioned the same. She blew the sale for her dealership. I made arrangements to come in to test drive one. Sean was off that day - but James was expecting me and was already to go. It was seamless. Negotiations started with Art -- lots of e-mails back and forth negotiating a price, with James constantly keeping in touch. We came to a quasi agreement and I made plans to come back to the dealership. James and Art were off - Sean and his boss were on (Can't think of his mgr's name). I came hoping to negotiate the leather package. Art had offered it to me for $40 a month for 72 mos.............which comes to 2880 - almost the exact price of that option. I had hope to negotiate it down a little. Sean's mgr. wanted $3220 for it and would not budge. I cannot tell you how close I came to walking out and going elsewhere. There are lots of Hyundai dealers in Phoenix and surrounding towns. Obvious to me, he saw a woman, an older woman at that, and he was going to make some extra bucks on me. And him telling me how much he respected his grandmother did not help. I am not his grandmother! Other than that, everyone else was great, including Sean and the Finance guy - whose name I also cannot remember. I would recommend this dealership and I would certainly do business with you again. More

My rating on pricing was not perfect because we negotiated and got to a point where John wrote out a small informal contract that read I would buy the car for $14,000. But he came back and I was told I could buy the car for 14,300!.....So, essentially, to me, you did not do as was written, and, it felt as if you were taking advantage of my son's obvious discomfort. In any other circumstance, I would have walked, but my son was very ill, and was in the hospital just two days before. I really needed to get him home, and the thought of going thru this all again was not a viable option. So, if you really care about my suggesting your dealership to others, and if integrity, ethics, and perhaps most important, empathy have any value to you, then send me a check for the $300 and all will be good. I know this is most likely not going to happen, but I care enough about this experience to write this, and I will, in two weeks time, begin telling people about it---either positively or not. thanks for your attention........sincerely, Gary Berlin More

I had been talking to Drew Gabler over the last few months and foun Earnhardt dealerships. Our latest purchase was a new Santa Fe Sport with turbo. I had been talking to Drew Gabler over the last few months and found him to be very honest and pleasant with no "pressure". All in all, dealing with Drew and Ian in finance was a pleasant and enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this dealership, and Drew to anyone. Amazing! From the time my son and I walked in the front door to the time he drove his "new/used" car off the lot, our experience was amazing. We had limited time to look at cars and needed to get in, get door to the time he drove his "new/used" car off the lot, our experience was amazing. We had limited time to look at cars and needed to get in, get a great deal, and get out. That is exactly what happened. Every employee bent over backwards to help us find a car and drive it home. Even the service department went above and beyond to get the car ready to drive off the lot that afternoon. Tony Femiano and Tony Wahl were both very professional and worked their magic to get us out the door feeling great about our purchase.
