Dennis went out of his way to periodically contact us during our research process (he was persistent, but in a friendly and professional way). It was interesting how few auto dealerships showed follow-through after our initial contact -- including other Hyundai dealerships that were much closer to our home. Dennis was able to negotiate an attractive price on a Sonata over the phone, so that it streamlined the purchase process once we got to the dealership. I found him to friendly, approachable, and professional. He didn't try to oversell the product, but was 'real' with you in a way that many car sales-people are not. I would be happy to work with him on a future car purchase or to recommend others to him. More

We spoke with someone on the intenet in the am about a specific car. When we arrived we test drove the car and went in to start the paperwork process and not 2 minutes in they say the car is already sold. specific car. There was no one at the dealership when we arrived and had this car out for a drive. I would never recommend this dealer or any other Mr. Ed people. This is the second time in less than a year that they have lied to us and had us drive across town for more than 2 hours with kids, just to waste our time and lie to us. More

I solicited quotes via internet services which send the request to area dealers. I received what seemed like a lot of fluff/spam from this dealer. Automated responses, duplicates. Then I started receiving personalized contact from John Lloyd and Jimmy Tonelli. Asking when I can come in (instead of just giving me the quote I requested). It became very confusing who I was dealing with. One would give me info. I'd ask for clarification, the other would ask when I could come in, I'd explain what I asked for from the other, and the other would ask a different question. I finally got a quote out of them which was clear enough for me to decide they had the best price. I call to finalize it, only to learn "oh, we quoted you last year's model. When can you come in?" Classic bait and switch. I've heard a lot of bad stories about Earnhardt dealerships over the past 12 years. This was my only experience with one. It confirms what I've heard. Just high pressure, disreputable tactics. More
