I initially put my request on pricing of the Hyundai I want online; then all the dealers flooded in their responses to my email; but one by one, they either opted out or I dropped them; as some of them ar want online; then all the dealers flooded in their responses to my email; but one by one, they either opted out or I dropped them; as some of them are not willing to discuss pricing with me on line or on the phone. I am most appreciative about Discover that Scot, the online sales person was willing to disclose everyline in the pricing of my Hyundai Elantra so that I can really compare with what other dealers are offering. Pricing is my 1st priority; and discover is great on that; plus with additional free 5 year oil change; between Discover and Champman; I finally did choose Discover. Scot was not able to be there that day; but he made sure someone else in the dealer ship is there to work with me and honor what we had agreed upon. Ric was there for Scot; and he made me feel comfortable and he was very thorough on showing me every detail of the car. I just basically showed up, test drove the car, and signed paper work and drove it home. It took about 1 hour; and it was done. We communicated via email and on the phone 1 week before; all it was left to do was for me to show up and drive the car home. There was absolutely no pushiness in the sales of the car; even on the phone prior to me showing up to Discover. Eagerness is a good thing; competition drives out the best of service; and the customers end up reaping the benefit. I did : ) More

Never once did I feel that it was me against the dealer. The staff listened to my concerns, acknowledged my opinions and preferences, and presented me with a wonderful, affordable vehicle, which was exactly what I wanted. Everyone knows your name by the time you leave and everyone is very interested in assuring your experience is a good one. There are no hidden "I'll need to talk to my sales manager" ping pong matches and they believe in full disclosure of the entire sales process. Tim Schirra gathered our information and got all of the numbers ready before we even got into the showroom. There was no bartering on trade value or selling price and both my wife and I were very comfortable through the entire process. When you work with the finance team, your finance rate is not tied to some batch of after the sale add-ons. You are delivered a clean and ready to drive vehicle. The delivery guide takes as much time as needed to explain things like the nav system, the climate controls, the various switches and gauges, and will even pair your phones with the Blue Tooth system if you have that option. Discover Hyundai has also been my service team since they opened and Tim, Dave and the service crew always treat us like a great friend and the work is done on time and as promised. We live in Show Low, Az and studied carefully the new 2011 Sonata and with whom we were going to deal with on the internet as we do not have a Hyundai dealer in Show Low. Our salesman was Scott Sirls and he delivered on what we wanted. Our experience from beginning to end was very friendly and efficient. Everyone from the owner to Kellie was helpful and friendly and got us out the door with a beautiful new 2011 Sonata Limited. We have owned our Hyundai Sonata for all of four days, and we become more excited with every day. My first contact with Discover Hyundai was a greeting from Frank Yaconis, followed closely by John Lloyd. and we become more excited with every day. Within the first few minutes of meeting them both I was comfortable that, at the very least, I was in the company of friendly people, if not yet freinds. John offered the perfect combination of knowledge and enthusiasm. There wasn't an issue that came up that wasn't dealt with to my satisfaction. Comparative questions regarding other manufacturers were answered with a professional balance that only added to my confidence in the advantages of Hyundai. Because of our particular financing needs, resulting from an insurance settlement for our damaged Lexus LS 400, we had narrow parameters from which to work. John and Rob Manohar were proficient in meeting our needs, while meeting the needs of Discover Hyundai as well, no doubt. Although the vehicle we ended up with was not our first or second choice in terms of color selections only, it turned out to be the optimum vehicle for us...and I can only conclude that it was optimum for Discover Hyundai also. Bradley Johnson demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of our lease arrangements and made an otherwise dreadful aspect of acquiring a new vehicle an enjoyable twenty minutes or so. We are hooked on Hyundai, you might say, and look forward to every opportunity to show off our new ride. This will be Jean-Marie's car for the three years of our lease term...after that, we fully intend to purchase "our own used car", and from that point forward it will be all mine. We hope that we will, upon our third anniversary of our lease, be moving up to some form of the Genesis model and will at that time be contacting John, Rob, Bradley, and Frank for a repeat exercise in friendship-building...the Discover Hyundai way! We purchased The Hyundai Santa Fe on 5/28/2010. From the beginning when met our salesman Julien Foldes who was very courteous and responded to our needs. We met Anthony Femiano - Sales Manager and we hit it off very well being a former Army military and he being in the Marines. He also helped us get to the sales price. We also Met Bradley Johnson F&I manager who was also great to work with he made it very relaxed process completing the sale. We also Met the Service Manager Tim Hodder and he explained the process of getting the car serviced and Doug Bjarko the Parts Manager both explained if we were in need of anything to just call or come in to talk to them.Kellie in Customer service explained all of the gadgets on the car and set up our phones for Bluetooh. She did a great job.All in all it was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. They were all very courteous to me ans my wife. More
We purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata yesterday. We had test drove other cars but came back to the Sonata for its reliability and value. We felt like we met the whole team at Discover during the purchasing process. At the end of the day, the "closer" went through all of the features on the car including setting up the hands-free device on the cell phone/car. We tested it out on the way home and it was awesome!! Being a retired Army person I was afforded a military discount which I appreciate. I had an opportunity to visit with the customer service manager who was informative, pleasant and helpful. Made me feel welcome. The fleet manager and I visited about the Hyundai new line of vehicles and the dealership. A good guy with some valid ideas.
