After a previous absolute nightmare experience buying from Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale, I swore I wouldn't set foot in another dealership. Manager Bob was simply great, so kind and caring and attentive. Finance manager Xavier is highly experienced, generous, a one of a kind gem, rare in the business, and also helped iron out an unexpected issue. I have not had that level of service anywhere before.
