Exceeded expectations On a recent visit to Earnhardt Hyundai Scottsdale to discuss a trade-in on my Sonata Limited lease, Jimmy Tonelli inspected my car and noticed some On a recent visit to Earnhardt Hyundai Scottsdale to discuss a trade-in on my Sonata Limited lease, Jimmy Tonelli inspected my car and noticed some cosmetic paint scratches and scrapes on my front bumper which I knew would cost me dearly if I took it to a body shop. I even considered the repair myself. I looked up the "how to" on youtube, researched the matching Hyundai paint, primer and gloss by code( which ended up apprx. $200.00 for my time, paint ,etc) and I'm sure that would have been a mess. Jimmy gave me a great price which I knew was part of the expectation of a new vehicle lease but it was still appreciated. When the deal didn't happen (I still have 1 year on the lease so it just didn't make sense now) Jimmy not only honored his offer, but couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful about it! When I picked up my car, it totally exceeded any expectation I may have had. The paint and repair looks showroom new. He even had the car completely detailed. I wash my car often and this was a special clean up. Mr. Tonelli, like many others I have met in my 6 years of business with Earnhardt, is a man of his word, and epitomizes all the best in customer service! He made me feel like their best customer. Thank you again Jimmy Tonelli and Earnhardt Hyundai for exceeding my expectations. AGAIN! More
