When we arrived, he already had 3 vehicles that matched our preferences lined up side by side and waiting for us. He gave us all the time we needed to evaluate and drive the vehicles. All pricing was straightforward, with no hidden charges. Once we made our decision, he respected our time by moving us through the paperwork process as quickly as possible (it took less than an hour, including financing). He then spent the extra time to show us all of the features of our new Hyundai Tucson as we took delivery.
