No transparency and a massive attempt to get me to accept financing other than 0.9% Hyundai Finance was offering. Drew Gabler called to demand that i return to Eanhardt after I dropped my car off at lease end. I offered to sigh whatever paperwork that was needed if he would send it to me and he refused, telling m,e "thats not the way its done" I beg to differ. I have never had the experience of being bullied by a dealership employee as rude as this man. He actually hung up on me. I dropped my car off at lease end without speaking to an Earnhardt employee precisely because these people made the experience of dealing with them so unpleasant for me. More
