A "Wow" experience. I have been a customer off and on for years and my experience has always been very positive. Even before Earnhardt Lexus when they were on McDowell I have been a customer off and on for years and my experience has always been very positive. Even before Earnhardt Lexus when they were on McDowell Rd in Scottsdale, I've always enjoyed my experience. This past experience I had the pleasure of dealing with Dudley Barnum on several occasions and he has always delivered outstanding customer service. The facility is top of notch. After servicing my car here, it's always washed prior to me taking it and its cleaner than any other time that I take it to a car wash! More
