I just want to provide an update in addition to my experience. The time that I was rushed out of this dealership was a little while ago when covid-19 restrictions and rules wer not only overbearing bu experience. This business most likely was told they would face dire consequences if they violated the rules that would be detrimental to their business so I can't blame you for your actions. Furthermore my message to the advisor that told me "you can't be in building" maybe next time be a little more professional when your speaking to a CUSTOMER. Don't talk down to them as if they are inferior to you but talk with compassion and care. Other than that the service is good and you have a big array of nice cars. I'm sure going forward customer service will get better. This review wasn't meant to hurt but educate. I forgive you. God bless More

I went to get an oil change and was RUSHED out of the building because I wasn't vaccinated against covid 19 . "You cant be in here" was what i was told and asked to leave quickly. I had to walk around ou building because I wasn't vaccinated against covid 19 . "You cant be in here" was what i was told and asked to leave quickly. I had to walk around outside IN THE COLD around the dealership lot while my vehicle was being serviced. I felt highly upset and felt discriminated against due to my own medical choice to not take a vaccine THAT DOESNT EVEN WORK. I will NEVER come back here again. I should've pulled my car out but it was already in. I will neither recommend to my colleagues. I have found another service center that actually treats me.like a customer. More
