Can’t express how helpful Eastchester Chrysler Jeep and Dodge was. They were my 3rd stop and my final stop. They figured out the issue within 15 mins. Got it fixed within 2 hours. They were extremely professional and efficient. Kevin and Rosemary were extremely patient and helpful. I will most DEFINITELY be back. Won’t go anywhere else now. I would give a half a star if I could. I don’t know where to start. At first I was dealing with the E Commerce team. They were blowing up my phone before the sale was made then after they made the sale I cou to start. At first I was dealing with the E Commerce team. They were blowing up my phone before the sale was made then after they made the sale I could never get a hold of them. They switched me off to a salesman at the dealership. And nobody there showed me accurate pictures of the car they just showed me online pictures. When I came and got the car there are scratches and cracks on the front number, there are scratches and dents on the leather seats, theres paint chip on the door, one of the parking sensor was not working, one if the key fobs is not working, and the there was something wrong with the front left strut of the tire which was thankfully taken care of by warranty. if I knew there was these many issues with the car I wouldn’t have traveled over 1000 miles to get it. I wish they would have let me know about those issues. Terrible dealership when I came there the car wasn’t even ready for pickup, and we spent hours there as they said whenever I came the car would be ready to go since we signed papers. It was a really bad experience and I will never buy a car here again. More
