Took my Jeep grand cherokee to service the tire pressure monitoring system on September 4th, the technician broke one of my tire pressure sensors. They charged me around $90 for a new sensor that didn't sol monitoring system on September 4th, the technician broke one of my tire pressure sensors. They charged me around $90 for a new sensor that didn't solve the problem. Went back on sept 7th and 8th just to be told the sensor is bad so they ordered a new one which they received on the September 15th no one called to let me know the part was in, brought the in on September 17 just to be told the technician wasn't in and a manager was going to call me on Monday September 20th. Once again no one called me all week so I brought the truck in today September 24 and finally it got fixed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because they might break something charge you for and order a part for your vehicle and never call you to come get your vehicle repaired. This transaction deserved no star in my opinion. More

Yet again another issue at the dealership. The service department refused to honor our extended warranty that’s paid in full although we produced a hard copy version to them. The various departments within the dealership are not communicating or working together in the best interest of paying customers. On 09/32/2021, we paid for our vehicle to get fixed although the repairs are clearly covered by our extended warranty. I will make one more attempt to contact customer service to have them rectified the issue because I deserve reimbursement for these repairs. If they are unable to assist, I will have to seek other means of recourse. More
