You need work done? Well keep driving past this place. The most disorganized & sleezy dealership out there. I had to call at least 5 times before someone answered. Just to get transferred with no answer & full voicemail. Everyday I called & I was told "a mechanic is with your car now " with no update. They held my car a whole week with no diagnosis. A whole week of me struggling to get around paying expensive lyfts. My whole family relied on my car so this service was damaging all of us. A bunch if empty gestures "I'll call you back" "I'll keep you updated" never happened. Everytime I called I had to re-explaim my story b/c there is no communication with coworkers. The manager is MIA never answers calls. Bless that receptionist because she was the only one helping me, she did way more than the service advisor. Mine constantly kept switching, when I finally got one he only advised the most expensive repairs. He didn't know any prices & kept changing the story on what was wrong with my car. The only way to get anything done is to be aggressive which is ridiculous when it is their job.Honestly fire everyone except receptionist give that woman a raise she is carrying the whole service department on her back. More
